How to use a TickPick promo code (and when you can't)
TickPick promo codes are entered on the checkout screen, in the "Promo code" field under the price summary — but only in the mobile app for most offers. If a code doesn't work, it's almost certainly expired: TickPick runs codes rarely and briefly. The $10 new-user credit needs no code at all.
Where the promo code field is
Open your cart in the TickPick app and scroll below the price summary. The field is labeled "Promo code" — enter the code exactly as shown, including capitalization, then tap Apply before paying. On the website the field sits in the same place at checkout, but remember: most codes will only redeem in the app.
Why most codes are app-only
TickPick uses codes to move buyers into the app, so nearly every recent offer excludes the website. If a code fails on desktop, try the same code in the app before assuming it’s dead.
What to do when a code fails
Check the spelling and capitalization, confirm you meet the minimum order (recent codes required $50+), and make sure the code isn’t a one-time email code someone shared — those die after a single use. If it still fails, it’s expired: TickPick runs codes rarely and briefly, and trackers record only one or two genuinely active codes per month.
The no-code ways to save
The $10 new-user credit applies automatically on a first order of $50+ — no code involved. Referrals earn you and a friend $10 each when they spend $99+. And no-fee pricing saves roughly 10–25% versus fee-charging marketplaces on every single order.
Quick answers
Does TickPick have a promo code field? Yes — below the price summary at checkout, in both app and web, though most codes redeem only in the app.
Why does every code I find online fail? Aggregator sites recycle expired one-time codes from old email and social campaigns. TickPick itself says those don't work.
Do I need a code for the $10 new-user discount? No. It's an automatic account credit — details here.
