Privacy policy

1. Who we are and what this covers

This policy is issued by Ouaz Games ("we", "us"), which operates tickpickpromocode.com (the "website") and publishes the Android applications that link to this page, including those distributed through the Samsung Galaxy Store and Google Play (the "apps"). We are the data controller for the limited information described here. Contact: contact@ouazgames.com.

We are independent and not affiliated with TickPick. When you leave our website or apps for a third-party site such as TickPick, that site's own privacy policy applies.

2. The website

What we collect

• Nothing you type in. The website has no accounts, sign-up forms, comments, or newsletter. The fee calculator runs entirely in your browser; the numbers you enter are never sent to us.
• Server and security logs. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested in order to deliver the site and block attacks. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies. We don't use these logs to identify or profile visitors.
• Emails you send us. If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you include, and use it only to reply.

Cookies and local storage

We set no advertising or analytics cookies, and the website runs no third-party trackers. When you dismiss the green bar at the bottom of the mobile site, your browser remembers that choice in session storage until you close the tab. That value stays on your device and is never sent to us.

Affiliate links

Some links to TickPick are affiliate links. When you click one, TickPick and its affiliate partners may set cookies so we can be credited for a purchase. We receive commission reports, never your name, payment details, or order contents.

3. The Android apps

What the apps collect

The apps have no accounts and don't ask for your name, email, contacts, photos, or precise location. They show ads through Google AdMob. To serve, limit, and measure those ads and prevent fraud, the AdMob SDK collects:

• your device's advertising ID (Android Advertising ID)
• device and app information such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, and screen size
• your IP address, from which an approximate region may be inferred (not precise GPS location)
• ad interactions such as impressions and taps, plus diagnostic data such as crash reports from the ad SDK

Consent in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the app asks for your consent through Google's consent message before personalized ads are shown. If you decline, you may still see non-personalized ads, which rely on context rather than your profile. You can change your choice later from the app's privacy option or by reinstalling the app.

Turning off personalized ads

On Android, open Settings → Google → Ads (on some Samsung devices, Settings → Security and privacy → Other privacy settings → Ads). There you can delete or reset your advertising ID. Once it's deleted, apps can no longer use it for personalized ads.

Permissions

The apps request only the standard network permissions needed to load content and ads. They don't request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, files, or location.

4. How we use information

• to deliver and secure the website and apps
• to show ads in the apps, which keeps them free
• to answer messages you send us
• to meet legal obligations

Where the GDPR applies, our legal bases are our legitimate interest in running and securing the service, your consent for personalized advertising, and legal obligation where relevant.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising except through the AdMob integration described above. The only third parties that process data on our behalf or alongside us are Cloudflare (hosting and security) and Google (AdMob ads in the apps). We may disclose information if the law requires it.

6. Retention

We keep emails only as long as needed to handle your request, and no longer than 24 months. We don't store any app or website data on our own servers. Cloudflare's and Google's retention periods are set out in their own policies.

7. Your rights and deleting your data

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the California CCPA/CPRA), you can ask to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Email contact@ouazgames.com with the subject "Privacy request". We'll reply within 30 days. Since the apps have no accounts, the fastest way to remove ad-related data is to reset or delete your advertising ID (see section 3) and uninstall the app. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Children

The website and apps are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where local law sets a higher age). We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, email us and we'll delete it.

9. Security and international transfers

The website is served only over HTTPS, and the apps communicate over encrypted connections. Our providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States, under safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, such as adding a new SDK that collects data, we'll say so here before it takes effect.
