Why TickPick restricts codes to the app
Codes are how TickPick moves buyers into its app, where repeat purchasing is higher. That's why the occasional code you'll see in an email or an Instagram story says "app only" in the fine print — and why the same code typed into the desktop checkout returns an error even while it's genuinely live.

- Check capitalization — codes are case-sensitive.
- Confirm the minimum order (most recent codes required $50+).
- One-time codes from email campaigns die after a single use — they can't be shared.
